Wonderful country house situated on a 36,000 m2 sunny plot with  direct sea views of Porto Cristo.  The  finca is surrounded by spacious lawns and Mediterranean  plants,  palm trees, various  fruit trees and evergreen bushes .  In addition there is a great outside area  with a large pool ready for a dip at any time.  The finca luxuriously renovated and fully equipped.  From the spacious living room,  to the exquisite kitchen, and cozy  furnished double rooms has everything one could desire.  The property is of approximately 4 acres and has three outdoor yoga areas.  For golf enthusiasts, the area offers a golf  putting area as a special extra.  The great pool  in the  garden has  about  modern fully automatic pool equipment (in spring and autumn heated).

The villa has a total of  eight  bedrooms distributed over  two  floors,  all  with  air conditioning.  They are all tastefully furnished and very spacious  with each its own bathroom en-suite.  All with the latest  TV  and  hi-fi Equipment  and  large comfortable    beds .  Each bedroom has direct access to the terrace.  The bathrooms  are equipped with  double sinks and new glass  shower cubicles.  The property guarantees and is designed for full comfort offering the  possibility  for deep rest  in absolute peace.
 
The  living room is captivating with its  simple elegance with generous  room dimensions.  A large oak  table is a nice place for celebrating or having a relaxed get-together for the family or group.  In addition, there is a library  with classically designed    chairs  for browsing the great collection of books.   The armchairs are upholstered with high quality Mallorcan  fabric.  It is a joyfull place to spend your holiday  with family and friends, but also enjoy moments of silence.
 
The East side of  Mallorca has many  high-class  golf courses which offer a private putting area.  Passionate players  have now  the   exclusive  opportunity  also  to  an  intense day on one of the  beautiful golf course  of East Mallorca.  Offering 9 holes –  each carefully  positioned gives the possibility to have a good practice.  The  lovingly  created  and maintained putting green gives the optimal  conditions for a good practice.  Perfect for a  small  put-challenge among  friends is  the perfect area for a round of   concentration and to prove your skills.  The Mediterranean gardens give a welcome ambiance,   which will ensure that the evenings spent there will be memorable.
 

RATES:

High Season (June 15th to September 15th)- 12.530€ per week

Low Season (January up to the 14th of June  &  16th September to December 31st)-  9.730€ per week

Payment conditions:  25% to reserve the booking.  The remaining amount due 30 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit:  3.000€ paid with final payment or no later than two weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer.  Deposit will be refunded three days after departure if no damages are incurred at the property. 

 

Damage Deposit for Events: 5.000€

*Minimum duration of stay, low season 4 nights & high season 7 nights.

*Also extra services such as cleaning, help shopping, private chef, yoga courses, yacht charters, hiking, adventure & cycling tours can be arranged for but paid for separately.
