Attached to the Museum of modern and contemporary art situated within the bastion Sant Pere from 16th century. Seasonal menu using fresh products. Owner and Chef Joan Torrens opened the restaurant 10 years ago and was one of the first chefs on the island to develop the ‘New Mallorquin Cuisine’. The secret is in modernising the traditional Mediterranean and local recipes and always working with fresh seasonal produce.
