A traditional, secluded four bedroom Mallorcan villa on an exquisite estate located on the NorthWest coastline of the island, near Banyalbufar.

Three-storey villa with central courtyard, heated swimming pool and panoramic views of the coastline.  Comfortably sleeps 8 adults in 4 en-suite bedrooms.

40 minute drive from the airport, 25 kilometers to the center of Palma.  Hiring a car is highly recommended, otherwise a transfer service or taxi can be arranged.

Banyalbufar & Esporles both traditional Mallorquin villages are only kilometers away from the estate, where one can find a variety of restaurants, bars & other local amenities.

For children there are plenty of activities to keep them occupied during your stay from poolside fun, to pizza making with the chef, etc.  There is a full list of activities.  Babysitting can be arranged.  High chairs, baby monitor, some toys & nappy bin available as well at an extra cost if requested.

This villa is Self Catered at all times.  Weekly stay includes: welcome basket, 6 days per week of housekeeping, towels & linens throughout the week, pool towels, pool & garden attendant (to set up furniture & pool for the day), concierge assistance to book taxis and make restaurant reservations.

Facilities available for guests: fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, tv with satellite channels, books and games (including a games console), highchair and cot (on request), children’s toys, heated swimming pool, table tennis & use of the tennis court located on the estate with racquets and balls.

Rates are for low season for 14.000€ per week & high season 22,000€ per week.
