Charming house in the center of village Deia, only a few minutes walk to the shops, cafes & restaurants.

The accommodation is split between two floors, has two double bedrooms & a twin, each with its bathroom en suite.  Spacious living room / dining room / kitchen.  Nice entrance terrace with a couple loungers and outside shower, and the master bedroom with its private panoramic terrace of the village.  

No A/C, but fans are provided for reach bedroom.

The house is located in a historic area of town, which has many steps to arrive to the property.  Not ideal for anyone with mobility propblems.

Resident Parking Pass can be provided for off street parking if requested, cost is 20€ plus 25€ processing fee.

Easter & June – September 3.000€

October – December 2.700€

Christmas (22 Dec – 7 Jan)  3.500€
