Can Fussimany is a late Renaissance manor house. Built in 1618, it is an authentic piece of Majorcan history. Located in the absolute center of Deia.

The 4 bedrooms,  three with a double bed and access to the terrace and one with two single beds. They all have an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and heating. Two of the bathrooms, as well as a shower, have a bathtub.

The house offers an additional bathroom on the ground floor with a sink and toilet. The living rooms, the kitchen, the library and all the bedrooms have air conditioning and heating so you can enjoy your stay throughout the year.

The house is the only one in the historic center of Deià with an interior patio. It is a type of house built in such a way that the different rooms are distributed around a private interior patio. A type of construction that was very common in the Mediterranean and some Middle Eastern countries from very remote times.

At the back of the house, with spectacular mountain views, there is a romantic garden surrounded by agapanthus, rose bushes and lavender. In this garden you can cool off in a 4×3 meter dipping pool.

There are different living areas with views of the sea and the mountains. There is an outdoor shower next to the dipping pool. The property offers 4 private parking spaces.

Rules: – Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed, except in cases where they are traveling accompanied by their parents. – Parties or events are not allowed on the property, the deposit could be automatically deducted if this rule is not followed. – No smoking inside the house, it is only allowed in outdoor areas. This house is ideally located, close to the luxurious La Residencia hotel, it is just a short walk from the center of Deia and the various bars, restaurants and grocery stores.
