As yearly Mallorquin tradition in the small town of Deia, they just celebrated its Patron Saint, San Juan or Sant Joan, which is one of the biggest & longest local fiestas of the year.  It takes place the last two weeks of June, with a multitude of events, such as fishing contests, tennis & petanca tournaments, theatre, Las Habaneras evening which is held at Cala Deia, the Verbena an all night long music festival with different local bands and much more.

The entire village, neighbours and tourists gather to celebrate with every day a schedule full of events for folks of all ages to enjoy and the perfect way to start the summer.  This year the events were again a success, definitely a time of year to come and join the festivities.
